Oli Harris Propellor Sessions

During my time at the University of Hertfordshire, I had the opportunity to work on a live recording project for emerging artist Oli Harris. I was responsible for both mixing and mastering a total of four tracks recorded during a live performance, taking the raw multitrack recordings and shaping them into polished, release-ready mixes. This involved detailed editing, balancing levels, EQing, dynamic processing, spatial placement, and final mastering to ensure the songs translated well across playback systems. Two of the finished tracks were later uploaded to YouTube, where they served as both a promotional tool for the artist and a testament to the quality of the production. The project was a valuable experience in working under time constraints and collaborating directly with an artist to achieve their sonic vision, while also reinforcing my ability to adapt studio techniques to a live recording environment.
